Okotoks is located just 18 kilometers south of Calgary, and is surrounded by magnificent mountain views, bountiful rolling hills and the splendid Sheep River Valley. Sometimes known simply as “Rock City”, Okotoks gets its name from the largest known glacial erratic, located 8 km west of the town.
