To our Fabutan & Hush Community,

As things continue to develop with COVID-19, we wanted to send an update regarding our Fabutan and Hush Lash Studio locations. The health and safety of our staff and valued clients are our number one priority so with that in mind, we are encouraging our locations to implement reduced hours or temporary closures.

Our teams are continuously following CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of germs inside of our locations including frequent hand washing, frequent use of hand sanitizer, and extra cleaning above and beyond our usual thorough sanitization of each room between each guest with hospital grade disinfectant detergent.

We respectfully request that any of our clients that are feeling under the weather or have travelled out of the country recently refrain from visiting our locations until fully recovered. For travelers, it has been advised by the Canadian government to self-isolate for 14 days upon arriving back in Canada, to avoid attending work, school and other public events and to call Healthlink at the first sign of COVID-19 symptoms. We appreciate your cooperation in giving us as much notice as possible when cancelling your appointment, however we will be waiving all no-show fees during this time.

We will be issuing updates on our studio hours as well as updating our website to reflect these temporary changes as we continue to navigate these challenging circumstances. We appreciate your ongoing support and understanding.

To ensure our staff are ready to see you for your scheduled appointment, we encourage calling your location to confirm their hours of operation prior to making your way to the studio.

    We appreciate your understanding!

    Helen Dewar
    Vice President, Operations
